When closing the box, the counter continues and the ressources are loaded when the count is finished.
When the visitor declines, the external javascript ressources are not included, then on page reload a message appears.
For best practices with Google Analytics: the loader allows you to invocate many ressources in an array. We recommand you to call first the Google Tag Manager, then the needed script for analytics directives (as an external file):
